"ChimAcryl XP-342" defoamer

 

   ChimAcryl XP-342 is a silicone-based high efficiency defoamer. It is recommended for use to reduce foaming and break foam during processing of acrylate- and their copolymer-based polymer dispersions of low and medium viscosity.

Appearance

Homogeneous emulsion of white to light-yellow color, no solid impurities.

Non-volatiles, wt.%, in the range of

39-41

Hydrogen ion concentration, pH, in the range of

8,5-10,0

Viscosity by Brookfield viscosimeter RVDV-II+PRO 5/20 rpm, at 23˚С, mPa*s, in the range of

1000-3000


Safety measures:

 

   Consumption of ChimAcryl XP-342 defoamer is 0,2-0,5% for dispersion or prepared paint.


Packing:


    In 50-100 dm3 PE drums and barrels.


Storage:

 

   Avoid temperatures below 0°С.
