"ChimAcryl XD-135" dispersant for water-borne paintwork materials

 

   Ammonium polyacrylate-based ChimAcryl XD-135 dispersant is designed forwetting and dispersing inorganic and organic pigments and fillers inaqueous media, pigment paste viscosity control during dispersing,viscosity stabilization during storage.

  

   Use of ChimAcryl XD-135 dispersant in filled paintwork material formulation in amount of 0,3% of the pigment paste mass allows to achieve  40-50 mm degree of grinding in 20 minutes dispersing.

Appearance	Clear liquid colorless to light-brown. Opalescence is acceptable.
Non-volatiles, wt.%, in the range of	29-31
Hydrogen ion concentration, pH, in the range of	7,0-8,0
Viscosity by Brookfield viscosimeter RVDV-II+PRO 5/20 rpm, at 23˚С, mPa*s, in the range of	300

  

Safety measures:

   ChimAcryl XD-135 dispersant consumption rates in acrylic dispersion-based paintwork materials are 0,1-0,4% in pigment paste.

* ChimAcryl XD-135 dispersant consumption rate for each type product is determined empirically.

 

Packing:

   In 50-100 dm3 PE drums and barrels.

 
Storage:

  Sensitive to low temperatures. Avoid cooling below 0˚С.
