PolyChim -1001/30 resin

 

   PolyChim -1001/30 resin is a styrene solution of  unsaturated polyester
modified with additives. Hardening system – bensoperoxide paste in dimethylphthalate.

PolyChim -1001/30 resin is used as filler in production of sealers, cement grouts, liquid nails, imitation marble.

   40% bensoperoxide paste is used as a hardener for this sealer. Consumption of the bensoperoxide paste depends on the required gelation time. To have gelation time of 10-15 minutes we recommend to use 1,0-1,5 parts by weight of the peroxide paste per 100 parts by weight of the sealer. 

 

Safety measures:

  

   The resin should be stored in tightly closed packaging protecting from moisture, indoors, protected from direct sunshine, at optimum temperature from - 5°Ñ to + 25°Ñ,  at least 1 meter away from heaters.


Guaranteed storage life – 4 months from the date of production.
